    • Design and optimize AI-driven conversational flows to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the multi-channel experience.

    • Collaborate with product, UX\/UI, and development teams to ensure conversational solutions align with client goals and expectations

    • Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, using analytics to continually improve the accuracy and interaction experience.

    • Identify new improvement and automation opportunities by analyzing data and user feedback.

      <\/li>\n
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

    • Facilitate workshops and sessions with clients to adjust and personalize conversational solutions, delivering efficient and satisfying user experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        • Strong data analysis skills and user experience optimization.
