Delivery Manager

We are looking for you to develop high impact and innovative projects for large clients and Startups.
As Delivery Manager you will lead various Digital Transformation / Enterprise Architecture / AI / Cloud teams and projects, coordinating the efforts of the team with the objective of achieving the requirements defined at a technical and business level.
Your tasks to be performed will be:
- Oversee the end to end project management lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to align project goals, allocate resources, and ensure efficient workflows.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address and minimize their impact.
- Track project performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with partners to facilitate smooth project execution and meet joint objectives.

We value profiles with:
- At least 5 years of experience in these fields:
- Project Management: Previous experience managing complex projects, preferably in the technology.
- Solution Delivery: Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering technological solutions, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
- Team Management: Proven track record of leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Advanced English level (to communicate with clients in English) and Bilingual Spanish level.
